Concentric rings of time
Each label is placed by rotating the WHOLE frame and only then pushing it outward, in that order, so it lands on the circle and leans with it. Counter rotating them upright would break the ring into a cloud of loose numbers. Four rings with different counts, 31, 24, 60 and 60, so each advances on its own angular step and the outer edge ends up densest.
