Diffraction foil card
The rainbow does not come from stacking gradients but from a diffraction grating: one pixel lines every few pixels over a conic gradient, blended with color-dodge. Where a line falls the conic is lifted almost to white and between lines it stays dark, and that alternation is what the eye reads as holographic foil.
