Conditional fields with FLIP repositioning

A form where answering one question reveals or hides later fields, repositioned with real FLIP (First, Last, Invert, Play): positions are captured before the change, the change is applied, the difference is inverted with a transition-less transform, then left to animate, so nothing jumps. New fields grow in from zero height and focus moves to them automatically; a looping demo answers on its own until the visitor takes over.
