Gooey three dot loader
The dots melt together with a two step SVG filter: blur, then crush the alpha channel by multiplying it by 21 and subtracting 7. Anything above a third opaque becomes solid and the rest disappears, so two overlapping circles come back as one shape with a neck. The filter goes on the PARENT, never on each dot.
