Colour blindness palette audit

Generates a six to eight colour chart palette in Oklch from a base colour, applies it to a bar chart and its legend, and simulates protanopia, deuteranopia and tritanopia by collapsing the matching cone in LMS space over linear light. It measures the perceptual distance of every pair in Oklab rather than sRGB, paints the triangular matrix as a heat grid where the failing cells appear as you switch simulation, and repairs the collisions with a relaxation that moves lightness only, because hue is exactly what the simulation destroys, showing each pair before and after plus how far every colour travelled.
